A very small mod I made that changes some smoke effects and adds higher quality explosions.

Now this is COOL! Nice job. I like the smoke coming out of tires, looks WAY better than original.
...And explosion looks nice too.  [THUP]

Won't download it tho, Im not using any mods.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I just wanted to let everyone know that the dust that gets kicked up by a helicopter was accidentally changed and it looks like crap now.
