It's not really a 'mod' you download. all you have to do is use txd workshop & give the texture you want alpha settings.


so. first of all find and open whatever txd you need. then go down its list and click on the exact texture you need. then click the properties box, and apply those settings to it. and your transparent textures should show through properly
