WRONG!
I've been wondering lately 'How he manages to get such a laptimes. Hacks?'. Well now I have an answer. It's not a hack (well Im not sure, maybe it is), but I can explain how he does it.
NEW INFO: He actually has hacks. Probably a speedhack and teleport to other player.
In the race 'Stripdrag' by Waffles the lap record is 0:05 by WinterSonata. Before, the record was 0:35 by Waffles (Or me, or NKA, can't remember) but anyway, how? Well, as we know, you have to wait 30 seconds before the race starts.
Simple? Count it: 35 minus 30 = 5. Yes, that's how he does it. He doesn't wait the 30 seconds, he starts racing immediatly. I don't know he does it, some hack I guess. I have also a proof.
