This is the SpeedoMeter for SA-MP. It is an amazing mod looks really nice too.

Installation:
To use this mod you need obligatorily the CLEO library. You can download it from here:
http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/cleo3.rar

- Installing the CLEO library:
Download the archive and extract it in San Andreas folder without creating a folder. Make a backup of VorbisFile.dll.

- Installing the mod:
1. Insert speed.cs file in GTA San Andreas\CLEO\ folder.
2. Insert speed.txd file in GTA San Andreas\models\txd\ folder.
3. Play and enjoy!

Nice! wont use it thought, seems like it will get anoying after a while...
