Firstly, i won't disagree, about the murder/mute/jail
I know i did that.

What happened was,
Around 7PM [+8GMT] i logged onto WoS: United and looked into donating for some in-game credits.
Around 8PM, i told everyone on the United Server, i was purchasing a house, some people used /goto.
To find out what the house was, Dino, was one of them. I exited then, to donate, when i returned Dino had purchased the house, only to mock and annoy myself, I was jelous, and i offered him some Euros, to sell it,
My 1st offer was, if he had sold the house, i would pay him 400,00 Euros, and i told him he would earn, what he sold the house back aswell, he declined and there was a little break.

About 5-10 mins' later, i prompted him, with the deal of, 600,000 Euros, i told him the he would have then enough the about to purchase 2 other buildings. He declined again.

So far nothing i and he had, could have been used as a reason to /kick/mute/jail.

After that, he was asked his age, by a new player, which i don't know the name of,
He said he was 17, some people, perhaps everyone online, said he was lieing, in someway.
I questioned that, if he was 17, i woud think he would have had good grammar.
He disagreed, he then said that 'all' seventeen yearolds, from his country, can't speak english.
Because 'They are stupid' he mentioned.

Nathan420 and I said, that would be racial discirmination, which is bannable,
He said that because i'm not a admin, i can't do anything, and he can be rascist for all he cares.
I warned him again.
He then asked my age, i answered, truefully, "14, nearly 15'.
No one after that, said much, untill around 9PM, there was some more argueing.
And then he left. 10 -15 Mins later, i joined WoS, on SA-MP.
I noticed he was there, and i asked him, if he regrets what he said,
Ryan, who was on previously, asked what wa wrong, and explained, he asked Dino, aswell, the same question.
He answered the same, saying 'no'.
I wanred him again. A player from the same clan, or just had the same tags as him, said i was funny,
I would think he was told what ahppened, and was being sarcastic.
I kicked him, after a small discusion, with Ryan, i thought that a players point of veiw was needed,
He came back online, asking what he had done, wrong,. I explained,
He said i was lieing, and i muted him relating to the previous racism.
He logged off, and rejoined to evade to mute, i jailed him, without a reason,
And then explained in public, saying why he had been jailed, and the large sum for jail,
is so that if he logs off, without being delt with by a higher admin one with more knowledge on what to do, he will return and in jail.
I logged off WoS:SA, and went back to WoS: United. Only then did i hear, that he had posted this plost on the forums.

There had been people, like Jay, Nathan, Lone, Stu, Ryan and Weedarr, online at the time.
And i would like to, be able to take action, even if the problem, did not occur on the same server, as i had used admin commands.
