They know exactly where to hit and where to let themselves get hit or how to land.

O_o I used to be really into wrestling and watched all of the shows where they taught new wrestlers and showed how they did it. Those chairs are actually really weak and they slow them right down before they hit them, they have blood packets to make it look like they are bleeding and they use mics under the stage to make the impact sound better :3
