Something that has been brought to my attention that we also need ventrilo admins due to people using ventrilo and also spamming it with music or annoying sounds.
Example:

really LOUD and annoying screaching sound which the player has been playing all the time for around 30sec - 1min
playing songs for god knows how long and its hard to tell the player to STOP it
