Dear everyone and the admins i quite with samp if i start samp it says error so ill quit i downloaded it again and they said error i dont know i hope over a few weeks it works then i can play only i will talk to you all by world of stunting website 
I had that too, it happens when you have a mod/hack (I dont say you hack)
but It can happen when you have a mod,
reinstall gta sa/reinstall SAMP and delete EVERY mod.
