Why not look at getting the AMD X6 they are rather cheap for the performance they bring.

I understand that you are a user of Intel CPUs because most of my friends in my town, won't even take the idea of buying an AMD.  But if you want the most performance you can afford, then stick with the i7, as it has more L2 and L3 cache than the AMDs do.
But if I were you, I'd consider the i5, as it is still a quad core, it consumes less power than the i7 and amd quad/6 cores and it is still a very good processor.   It will save you money in the long run with your electricity bill.

Yeah i know, thats whys im getting cheap stuff, and theres much better stuff (GPU's,CPU's,HDD's) that has  much power and much expensive, so thats whys i want to get something lower.I wanted also i5 CPU like that latest one 760 with 2.8Ghz and just to OC it to 3.8Ghz, but ill stick with my i7 CPU anyway as i already told those guys that are working there to keep it for me till i get cash to buy it.
Also i may change my mind about those confs but i wouldnt change RAM's and GPU probably.
