Title: My Workout Goal.

This is not a show off topic at all just one of my 2009 Goals. My goal is to simply get my body more toned and fit and muscular. I am joining the swim team by the end of January so it will get even better as i go. But for now i am doing this by myself at home. I am not getting this body just for attention from girls but for myself to show myself that i can do it if i put my mind to it.

These pictures are being taken on week intervals. I have just noticed a huge difference in my arm size the back of my bicep and the bicep itself are way bigger then they were when i started. I repeat This is not a show off topic at all. I just want some where i can see my results and other people can too if they want to.

As you can tell after just one week my abdominal muscles are improving.

Day 14.

My abs are getting harder and more toned everyday. My arms are two times as big as they were before i started.

Eat something thats incredibly fatty, the more fat you got the more muscle you can build.

If you're going to join the swim team, the "butterfly" technique is a great training stroke.  I find it the most intensive for training anyway.

Day 14 Pictures up.

I eat every 3 hours stumpy. I have enough fat going into me :D

We have to do 200 meters of butterfly's for practice. along with 200 back stroke, 200 breast, 200 free.

Lol i know right? They are lurking.
