Drop the 5830 and just get a 5770. The 5830 is only about 10 percent faster and generates more heat than the 5770. Also, you are not going to need an 875w power supply. Not even for crossfire 5970's.

That power supply would be a much better choice and save you lots of money.
The motherboard you chose only supports 1600MHZ RAM if it's Overclocked to that. I wouldn't suggest getting a more expensive motherboard just for 1600MHZ RAM seeing as how it won't make it any better.

The total for your whole system with the parts I suggested is: $826.75 You won't be able to get that monitor but you can get this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824254045
It's 23 inches, 1920x1080 resolution and it's only $180.
The total with that monitor. $996.74
There now you're in your budget range and you can get a monitor too.

Thanks for the help, Stumpy. Now I can get a new monitor! I'm going to buy the parts sometime in early June, as soon as I get the money.

Ok, after many changes to the build this will be the final build:
http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=11646491
I had to throw out the OCZ power supply, Stumpy. My instructor at my school said OCZ Customer Support is non-existant and they do not honor their rebates and they usually die after one year of running, So I found a cheap Apevia PSU instead. I also went ahead and got a 5850 and ditched the monitor, because I just realized I have my 26" HDTV that I can use for gaming. I still have the RAM you picked out though, those are a good deal and haven't found any better deal than that. I also found a HDD that is 1TB with 7200RPM by Hitachi to replace my 500gb.
FINAL COMPUTER PRICE:
$1,026.86
plus shipping. not bad
I'll be ordering the computer this weekend and probably get it within a week or so.

Not a bad setup now. You could get a cheaper 5850 and save yourself some more money though.
You could also ditch the AC5 seeing as how your processor is not a Black Edition.
