I started to buy a new pc. I already got the motherboard and the power thing (cant translate it to english, sorry)
So, well:

-Motherboard: ASUS M2N-SLI AMD SOCKET CPU NVIDIA nForce 560 SLI (I already have it)
-Processor (CPU) I was thinking about AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200 / 2.2 GHz - Socket AM2 - L2 512 KB (Dual-Core), what do you think? (55€ aprox)
-Graphics: NVIDIA PCI EXPRESS 1 GB POINTOFVIEW 9400GT PCX (I thought if i want something better, it costs 50€)
-Cooler: REFRIGERADOR AM2/775 THERMALTAKE ISGC-300
-Power thing: (Already have it)
-Hard Disk (I want 200-500GB), can you tell me a good one with good prize?
-RAM My motherboard has dual-.channel so i was thinking about 2x1GB (2GB), what you reccomend me?

That processor is very old and weak, that graphics card won't handle any games 2008+ very well, and 2GB's of RAM is the bare minimum for gaming nowadays. When asking about PC builds you should always include how much money you are able to spend, otherwise it makes it hard to suggest anything to you. You should also include the specs of your Power Supply so we can know what components it can handle.

So tell me a better processor and a graphics card that can handle 2009+ games.

And the power supply, it says from behind (where the external fan is) 230V

i have a fairly weak gfx card, and 400W wasnt enough for it. So i got a 500W one and its barely enough according to my cousin. So you might want to get a new one, but gfx cards are different, my cousin also said that the card i bought (8800GTS 320mb) to power is like a Hummer to petrol. Which means it wants a lot, a huge lot. For RAM u should get at least 4GB, maybe buy 2x2GB.

Yes, and XP only allows 3.5 GB, rest is only ''decoration''
As i said i dont want 4GB, and super graphics card.
Running GTA IV i would be VERY happy (lol)
And im nor rich, i have 200-300€ max.

if you want to RUN gta iv, you can try it with your old computer. if you want to actually play it, you need a computer atleast as powerful as mine. my whole computer cost 300$ in total. thats a fair bit less than 300€ =)

Like I said, that PC won't run any games 2008+ very well (GTA4 would startup then lag like crazy). XP does allow more than 3.5GB if you have a 64 bit operating system, by the way, if you're going to get a new PC why would you use an old OS like XP? You should be building a Windows 7 PC seeing as how XP is 2 generations behind and is nearly a decade old. Anyways, your budget is extremely low for a gaming PC so don't expect to be able to get anything new and amazing. You will be able to get something that will run SA fine and the older Source games, but games like Modern Warfare 2 will run like shit and you would be lucky to even get something like Left 4 Dead to average over 20 PFS on low.

Well... the ATi Radeon HD4650 is the same price as the 9400GT and it's faster by a good amount, if you have more money to spend you could even get the HD 4670 which will run GTA4 on medium settings. The processor... ehhh they don't even sell those any more... You may be able to get an AMD 6000+ which is much better but I'm not sure how much more it would cost. You never said how good the power supply is, 230v is not what I need. Find the name and model of your Power Supply so I can help you a bit more.

The key to running GTA:IV successfully is having a decent processor, a quad at best if possible as it does in fact use all four cores.
