I`m banned just because i`am speeking in my language. He think i say something like f..k you(sorry)   but i didn`t say that  Yea i say noob `cause he don`t kick the other guyz who said me asshole or another things. And when i say noob he banned me lol   (Stumpy i hate you, I don`t understand why you are admin)  unbann me please   cuz i like that server.

I banned you because you constantly insult me in ENGLISH and then you unbanned yourself by changing your IP and came back in the server.
You then ignored me when I asked you several times why you were unbanned, and when you finally were gonna answer you tried leaving but I banned you again.

I think this one is self explanatory.

2. Changed your IP to remove a ban
