Well I'm sorry to hear that they could do that. If I had video evidence of them using it then they would be banned also. The fact is that you got caught, and they didn't. We can't just ban people without seeing accurate proof of what they are supposedly doing.
Oh, you could ask a couple of others that were in the server that night, and they would note that it did happen, but that's not the point I'm trying to get across. If someone cheats while someone of higher authority isn't around to see it, it doesn't matter. If someone cheats while someone of higher authority is around, it matters if they even saw anything going on. This brings up how bad is cheating considering it goes unpunished as long as no one saw it or reported it. If cheating is breaking this ToS you speak of that I have yet to ever find, why is it so situational of it being taken care of or not. Stumpy caught me because I was visibly cheating, my NRG blatantly sticking to a building, but what if I had simply gone to one of the many /worlds and cheated, would I of been detected? I doubt it. The whole WoS staff could be on, but not see what was going on, unless everyone took it upon themselves to scan through every world monitoring everybody constantly. Then the severity of cheating, say you have someone stunt blocking via hacking, where they could teleport in front of anybody at anytime to ruin the victim's stunting. Obviously, that's worth a ban filled with anger. But then you have somebody just having fun, sure it's cheating, and in some way harming something, then you get a "you're suppose to have wholesome fun here, but you had wholesome fun the wrong way" ban. I truly meant no harm to anything, yet somehow it was like I just punched a fragile piece of pottery. I'm not trying to prove my innocence here, I'm not trying to incriminate fellow players.
