Anything that changes gameplay is considered as a "hack".
Also I don't see your name on the ban list, are you sure you're banned?

If it just says "You're banned from this server" it could be a well known bug. How many times did you try joining the server?
P.S Flippa ment with "admino ban" that you might got banned by admino the server's owner. Which isn't logged on the public ban list.
