i got banned for hacks advertising
i am very sorry for what i have done, and will never do it again

Your ban appeal has been accepted, please don't break the rules again as it will result in you being banned for a year.  If you want to avoid this please read the Terms of Service carefully and make sure you understand it.  If you don't understand the ToS, feel free to pm an admin.
