I'm beginning to think you had short term memory loss or something. Kicked for PM Spamming and then Banned second time around for chat spam. And I believe I had previously kicked you or some other admin.  admino has the power and I'm not so sure he will unban you. If you do get unbanned follow the rules, one mistake and your gone forever.
