Reason Given By Admin: Ban Evade
Are You Sorry:No , becouse it is a false ban

Extra Info: I was un-banned , and Zenical has now banned me for " Ban Evade " ... I don't know , I renewed my IP , and PM'ed him , but he did it again ... Please , un-ban be , I do not know the reason , but , he thinks that I have ban-evaded ... Seems he did not read that I was un-banned

Hi,

I banned you for ban evading as stated above, you have two bans that have never been dealt with on the ban list. To be on the server with those in place is ban evading. I will leave this ban appeal up to either Stumpy or SpliNetiC as they were the two that originally banned you for hacking.

Unfortunately, thru some unfortunate oversight, you were not unbanned on the server. I have corrected this error and you are now unbanned.

But you were banned by SpliNetiC as well for hacking, and this delay will act as "time served" in regards to your punishment. I hope that you learned your lesson and realize that we are serious about those that try to use hacks on the server. It will not be tolerated and if you are caught again it will result in a longer or even permanent ban.
