Hi. I feel i was wrongfully banned by Jay Jay for saying  to Amanda (and admin that was on) sorry, i'll stfu. Which i was saying " sorry, i'll shut the F*** up" not, as was Jay Jay's understanding of it as "stuff yourself" or something to that effect. I asked him if he was british cause that sounds like something they say in great britian but in canada and elsewhere it means what i describe. When i tried to explain that to him he banned me for disrespecting Amanda! I am confused! How can i be disrespecting Amanda if i am apologising by saying that i will not talk so much? I think Jay Jay jumped the gun a little and he might want to review what was actually written and i hope he can be big enough to admit the error.

I will await your response and thank you for listening. I enjoy this server and have fun with it daily.

Thanks for responding for yourself, Jay Jay.

First of all, I was PM-ing Amanda. What i wanted to say to her was that, after Jay Jay banned me for being "annoying" i realized that the server game site was not the place for the question i asked her. I see now that it would be annoying trying to answer an indepth question in such cicumstances would be irritating when you want to play and have to keep an eye out. I didn't expect anyone else to be reading a "PM" which I thought to mean a "Private Message". But again, let me say that i was mistaken in thinking that i could interrupt her gameplay with a long-winded question. This web site would have been more appropriate. But (again, i was PM-ing Amanda)  just as i was saying that "i'll stfu, as in "I Will Shut the F*** up", Jay Jay jumped in and started berating me for saying something that he interpreted as being abusive when clearly it was an admission of wrong doing on my part. Even when i tried to clarify with Jay Jay that this was the case, he again misinterpreted my words and imposed a ban on my account. Without all the facts. Without any objectivity or even an opportunity to explain what occurred, Jay Jay just arbitrarily banned me and that was that.

Fortunately, we don't live in a society where this is the norm. We may be close to it, but it's not here yet. I hope now that you have read this and realize what actually happened and if you ask others (admins) on the server you will see that i have never posed any kind of menace or disrespect to them or others on the server. I hold myself to higher standards than most do on SAMP, not cheating or hacking and rarely jacking (only those who cheat or hack). But that's just me. I am tolerant of others doing this and as a matter of fact, i was saying just that on the night of my having been banned . Another player (id name Roey) was constantly being jacked and was getting quite frustrated. I empathised with him and we started to play the game together and it helped him to get his mind away from the assholes that can interupt the gameplay by hassling others.

To this end, i can see that my asking a question during gameplay was, as i've said, an inappropriate forum to get an answer of any length or depth. And it was annoying.

I hope this will clear up any misunderstandings that have occured and i do wish to apologise to Amanda, not for what Jay Jay had thought i had said, but for having annoyed her with my questions and rambling on regarding it's response. I know that the server is not a soap box and this will never happen again. i'm really just out to enjoy an already fun and exciting game.

And, just for the record Jay Jay, I take pride in my english. This happens to be my first language, the other two being French and German. In having read your message above it seems to me that clarity is not something you look for before you make any decisions.

I was so shocked to see that. I would NEVER disrespect those with administrative powers on any site. I realize you would not have known this but it begs the question of your quick response: your mind is set and that is that. No objectivity or investigation or clarification. Any adult (well, most anyway) would clearly have wanted some explaination. You didn't even come close to understanding what was going on. You only saw what you wanted to see, underminded Amanda's authority and made the decision based on your own emotions and lack of facts.

Well, you are not correct. And furthermore I was sending a private message to amanda. AND i got the gist of the first kicking off of the server for being annoying. I came back and was in the process of apologising to amanda when you arbitraily thought to stick your nose in and make a decision you weren't even a part of. How do you think that would make Amanda feel? You come into the conversation in an overbearing manner, throwing your power and arrogance around like some kind of Stalin. Do you think it fair to make any decision that (by all rights) was Amanda's to make? My discussion was not with you to begin with. It was with Amanda. When i got back on the site, you immediately jumped on my back without so much as a blink and this again was a Private Message sent to Amanda, saying that "i will stfu". You didn't even ask for clarification. If i thought someone was dissing me or disrespecting me, i would try to clarify it first to see if that were the case. Paraphrase. Feedback. But you just used your demi-god-like powers and put a ban on my account. How simple a solution. I've seen others with power before and i'm sure that the same rush was going through you as well. I could be wrong but it had all the symptoms of absolute power corrupting absolutely. And Amanda didn't get to say anything. You took control right out of her hands. I'm sure she could have dealt with the situation and, since she is new as an admin, i would think that it would have been a good opporotunity for her to demonstrate just that. But you came and took over. Right out of the blue. I was surprise because i thought that i was sending a Private Message (PM) and since you are in Great Britian and she is in Mississippi i don't think you were sitting side by side.

Now, of course, i don't expect complete privacy on any server. The only reason i pm-ed her was that i did not want to hog everyones view screen with a question most might not care about or that might cause disention within the gameplay. I was doing this with the best intentions, albeit naive. I should have asked the question on this forum. i certainly see that now and i did after i was kicked from the server the first time by Jay Jay. But when i came on to apologise i was treated like a criminal. That, I did not expect. I expected (since the game is rated as an Adult game) that the admins would be of a mature and experienced nature. Not acting like some kid who just found his dad's rifle and let's go and shoot something. I may be wrong. Jay Jay, you may actually be over the age of 18 but your actions did not reflect that. I'm not about to tell you what your job on the server is, but i'm sure it would include being objective and getting the facts straight before you make any kind of decision. Especially with words (letters, actually) that mean something different to each culture. I am not saying this to be unkind or to condesend. It's all just part of the big picture in the game of life.

So where does that leave us? Me? Well, I don't know. I would love to continue to play on this server and i have made some friends here and aquaintences that i enjoy spending time with, which includes admins. I AM sorry for having started this situation in the first place but i had absolutely NO intention of malice or disrespect and if you read the transcripts of what was said you will see that i produced none.

I will await a decision and thank you again for reading this post and hearing my side of the story.

P.S. As you can see, I can be rather long winded. Be assured that i will not carry on with this trait on the game server. Lesson learned. Free speech is one thing but to recognize when it is appropriate is another. My bad for having done so on the game server. It would have been more appropriate here. And THAT is all i am guilty of having done so i hope i will be judged accordingly.

And to comment on the second subject, i agree that one should be banned for doing something bad. I ask you what it is that I have done to deserve this. I used this forum for is intended purpose: not to "talk" myself out of anything but to provide MY side of the story, which you don't seem to want to consider. Can you explain to me in your own words why I might have been banned? A misunderstanding? That would seem the obvious reason. So, someone misunderstands what i said and suddenly i'm not welcome on the server any longer? Without clarification. Based on something they may or may not have read? That is what a bully would do.

I'm sure you can imagine why i am confused with this issue.

Ok, I really don't have the time to read everything you are saying, I have read the most of it and to my understanding you were banned for a reason that was invalid and it was not JayJay's buisness to ban you. So you will be unbanned by 2am GMT time on Saturday. Thanks for making a ban appeal and thanks for playing on World Of Stunting, your presense here is appreciated in the most and I'm sorry for any inconvienence we may have caused you with this whole ordeal.
