Extra Info:okay i was today flaming to kaasu because he started to jack my nrg ok then i flamed him and he flamed back then the sw was done by p1 i got kicked by some admin mattz or p1 or zencal i only got kicked then i re entered wos then it says im banned i think it was a bug

First of all you were not kicked nor was it a ban bug but you were banned because you exceeded the warning limits [3/3].

Since you have been banned twice in this year [http://forums.worldofstunt.com/index.php?topic=5889.0],
you are not allowed to apply for an appeal
Therefore you're ban appeal has been Denied.

You may re-appeal on 20th April 2011.
