Extra Info:It is me again.i banned for Illegal mods again but I talk with Thiras(shoutbox) and he is said to me if I delete the mods I can have a new appeal and I have to say the name of the mods:It's a heli it change leviathan and i can carry vehicles with it, and it is the same with cargobob and with vortex.He told me also after that I can have a ban appeal but not 100% i will be unbanned.....Now I have the original gta3.img without mods.

Hello Gyilkos69,

This is your second ban in a WEEK for the same reason ! you said in your last appeal that you will delete the mods , you lied to all of us , you may re-appeal in 21 march 2011
