Like stated in Terms of Service: "If you do see someone exibiting bad behaviour or breaking the server rules, you need to immediatly use the in-game report function to report the player to administrators."

This means, that as a player you're responsible to report any rulebreaking to online administrators (no matter how good friend he is), and if you're hiding this, you maintain the right to be banned. You failed to fulfill your commitment and promised another player not to tell anyone that he has hacks. That's why you're banned.

Seeing as you haven't got acquainted in Terms of Service very well, I will forgive you this time, but next time you see a hacker (or any similiar rulebreaking), use the /report immediatly.
