When someone comes out and confesses to being someone else, someone that is banned, I feel compelled to do something about it.

That would mean that I did not fuck up; you did.

I fail to see how your confession could be "out of context". You said you were Abhi. Abhi is banned. You are evading. Case closed.

Why else would you say such a thing? Are you purposefully trying to get banned by impersonating a banned player? This makes no sense. The only sense made here is that you are Abhi and Abhi has been banned.

Perhaps, if you can convince me why you would have said such a thing (and saying it was just a joke will not get you unbanned, let me assure you), I might see your side of the story and unban you.

Let me explain:
that conversation was something like that
one player (didn't remember his nick) came there and started flooding (f8ck your mother, i'll come and... etc)
so i found his prank funny and asked him who he is
he said 'ima big titted girl, lets f*ck'
so i said 'okay but know ima abhi supermega cheater lol'
---i didn't repeat our conversation exactly, but i suppose you can imagine---
i could say that i am Usama Ben Laden, so what would you do? Call CSIS?
that's what i call "taking out of context", these words can be considered only in this narrow sense

How ever this fails to explain how or why you Pmed me saying you were ABHI. Explain why you pmed me when i wasn't even talking to you, So unless you have a good reason for admitting that you were ABHI( i don't see how it was a joke becasue i wasn't even talking to you)
