Dear [Blaks]krizbai:

Thank you for making a ban appeal in the proper format. Unfortunately, it comes too early.

You see, in your previous 3 ban appeal attempts you have disregarded the proper format in which to make an appeal and you were asked to correct this 3 times! On your second attempt Nka18 said that if you do not follow the proper procedure to make a ban appeal, you will not be able to try again for a month.

You still have 2 1/2 weeks before you are allowed to make another appeal, at which point i will look over your appeal and make a decision. I understand that this may not sit well with you, but you have been given ample opportunity and support to have made a proper ban appeal from the start.

I hope you understand this decision and i look forward to seeing your ban appeal after July 7, 2009.
