Well I guess you're banned as well til PointZero decides. Sorry but you should tell your brother not to hack on this server. I'm pretty sure PointZero will unban your brother.

Told him very often not to hack on WoS.. even hit him a few times (a)

And no, it wasn't the bug. Got the same message again just a few minutes ago

mate dont hit him just say to read the rules and abide them and dont abuse them just say to do so and if he wants to hack im sure there is a hacking server i saw ages ago when i was first trying to find a great server like this one so tell him if he wants to come onto WoS then dont hack and stunt , chat ,drift and have fun

Explained the rules way too often.. just like I told him to stay away from my PC, but he just doesn't listen..

Hmm possibly when you get your user put a password onto it and make it so he wont get it and there you go problem solved about him going on your computer

OR He could simply put a padlock on the door..or...Lock the computer and ask for your permission for further use, and also Hide the SA-MP.exe/folder/files to a location that he wouldnt think of looking in.

Hacking regardless of the cause gives players an Advantage, let it be HP lock on DM servers, Faster transport for RPG/Race servers and car stability which totally jepredises the fun of Stunt servers.

"What's wrong with hacking" won't get you nowhere. The rules (I think) include no hacking, so that question is invalid.
