Extra Info:i was on the server and the server first restarted then when it re-connected i went back to playing then all of a sudden it said "Server Closed Connection" and that's it then i tried reconnecting (several times) and it says "Your Are banned From This Server"

You were banned by admino for complaining about server restarts.
He's sick to death of people complaining when he's fixing bugs
