Extra info: I was drifting with GTAfreak and this person named NiceGuy was teleporting to me over and over and exploding while doing it and I accused him of using <CENSORED> and I am sorry for saying it in main chat and not just /report'ing it.

I like Pluto he dosnt complain and whine he just makes an appeal like he should.
