[KSA] Challenged me to a Shot Gun Duel, kept saying stuff and thought he would win, Later on after i accepted, I won and He lost.
Then he gave me the reason I lag. Then there was some guy i forgot that said "Lol, he made a reason after he lost" then i said
"Aha, KSA visited http://www.reasons.com/ Which was a joke and wasn't a real website. Even if it's real, i shouldn't get banned though.
at /rules, i believe "NO ADVERTISING" Only means no advertising other GTA SA:MP Server. If it isn't allowed to advertise even other
websites that doesnt include other GTA SA:MP,  i saw this guy talking about downloading L4D, They said something about downloading
it at megaupload.com, Shouldn't they have gotten banned to if thats what NO ADVERTISING means?
I saw this guy talking about youtube.com, Shouldn't They get banned too?
NOTE : This is a ban appeal for the ADVERTISING that i believe was wrong. Please don't add anymore other out-of-topic replies since
i'm only asking for a ban appeal on that particular topic.

Hello ZedZero,

Well to start it off, the rule "No Advertising" is directed to all advertising.. posting IP of other servers and posting website addresses. You can only post a website's address if it has anything to do with World of Stunting or post the SA:MP official website. So therefore, you were banned with a correct reason and it was not a wrong ban. And how was I suppose to know it was fake? If I didn't ban you, one of the other admins were bound to ban you themselves.

Edit: I also was not there when the others were advertising.. If I were, I would of banned them aswell..

Megaupload is where i downloaded GTA SA:MP, most of people did downloaded it in youtube and megaupload. You should thank megaupload

Megaupload is where i downloaded GTA SA:MP, most of people did downloaded it in youtube and megaupload. You should thank megaupload

Why would we thank megaupload? We don't support pirating video-games, we suggest that you purchase it off of an official retailer.

Advertising according to the official Terms of Service which you agreed to when registering, includes posting unsupported URLS to websites and maliciously advertising other servers in any video game. Advertising is not specifically SA-MP related, at all.

We don't allow them because it is stated in the Terms of Service that we don't allow advertising of any kind to protect the integrity of the World of Stunting network and its users. As explained already in my original post, it is not specific to GTA, SA-MP or video games.

This is about your ban appeal, not the nature of the rules or Terms of Service shared in World of Stunting. If you have any problems with the World of Stunting services please speak with our support team at support@worldofstunt.com. Thanks for understanding and have a nice day, administrator Amanda will now take over this again as being the administrator than banned you from the server.
