Have you use any other names perhaps? The one you provided is not on the ban list indeed so the only way is if you used any other names and got yourself banned.

I made some more search and found a player "InJikiPlqKt0r" being banned with that reason as of the picture you posted. Do you remember ever using the name InJikiPlqKt0r?

If, indeed, it is your brother that has been banned, HE will need to make a ban appeal. Yours will not apply if your username is not banned.

So get him to make an appeal in the appropriate format and we will proceed from there.

Extra Info: I'm sorry i just asked Mattz to unban my brother's acc because i wanna play into the server. I didn't know the ban appeal in the server is forbidden :S Pls unban the IP or my brother will kill me :D
