Reason Given By Admin: Jats instructions. Ok I hope we can sort this mess out even if it takes my admin off. I did NOT give my acc info to anyone.

Well I know it was not you Jugo cuz the man who get to your admin he didn't log in to your account and he was asking me stupid questions. But admino already confirmed that by the server_log. About how he get to your account I dunno, maybe if you have an easy password and he just guess it.
