Honestly I don't think you should be un-banned, I decided to add a range ban since your range's are so limited so that you can't even evade anymore unless you decide to apply for a new IP address or else simply buy a new ISP. But at the moment there is no way you can possibly play since your range has been changed, and you actually said to me that the reason that you want to stop attacking and spamming now is because you simply can't anymore. Which shows that you are not sorry for what you have done. What this is called is Sociopath, you don't consider your actions on someone else, and your never sorry or regretful of what you do. You simply are sorry that you got caught. So since your that type of person, you are extremely dangerous and I will now add your range to the forums ban list. Sorry that it had to be this way but you had your chance a million times to be nice and play like an honest person.
