and since when did i ban evadE?

You are unbanned. Your IP or name do not appear in the ban logs.

I will leave this topic open in-case the problem still persists.

I am checking through your In-game name is not in the ban appeals, If you evaded and an other admin banned you with a different name please state now because the name you have provided is not in the ban appeals.

i never ban evaded
nor did i join with an other name i never did that
the only that banned me was kubson 1/2 months ago for insulting and i had 3/3 warnings

Firstly i would like to say, thanks for providing me with the information you did. Secondly the reason you are not been unbanned yet is because you were banned before.

I said to you if you are guilty of anything eles tell me however you did not, Seeing as you provided me with you infor helping me figure this out you ban appeal will be shortened from 1 year, However you may re-appeal in a week give as time to discuss how we should deal with you.
