Well I really love the server I know you sir (Sounderr)first warned me with a kick and second time I did NOT want to speak I wanted to PM and accidently forgotten to type /pm id text i typed only the text I am really sorry and I promise I won't speak again other language than english on the server because I just realized to make myself a stunt crew and now I am banned I am really sorry and I ask of an unbann. Thank you , [RPr]zEx
Also I think Sounder made a mistake because first: The english in MC rule is NOT official as Stumpy said.
2: I was not the only not speaking english

Hmm ... Well I agree that the rule with speaking english in MC isn't official yet so the ban is kinda strange...
Well I think he deserves an unbann.Not Fair if no unbann

I know zex is a good player and he listens to the admins so I dont think anything was intentional.

It was intentional

I banned Zex, since I asked him over 8 times if he could talk English in main chat, and explained to him how PM worked.. After kicking him several times he just came back, I warned again.. But it has got to stop at some point, so I banned Zex

I hope this message is clear to him now, that only English is allowed in main-chat and if he wants to do otherwise just talk via PM. Respect the rules, respect the admins

Well he should still get an unban I mean....... We have had hackers do worse things and come back, I know hes a good player and all and I would hate to see him get banned after only a few days in the server. Im sure e learned his lesson now and I think it was partly my fault because I havent been enforcing the english only rule lately so he might have assumed it was ok since its not in rules and I never busted him for it.

As just discussed with Stumpy on the server, not every rule have to be in the list to follow.. If you're asked something when you visit a place, its better just to do so instead of being a pain in the ass..

If you visit a friends, and you have dirty shoes when you enter the house, your friend asks to put out your shoes and you asked him if it's in the rules that you should do that? This is just common sense. Zex was asked 8 times politely to speak English in main chat, so if the question is that I banned him after not warning him enough it isn't he case. If the question wasn't clear, it isn't the case. If the ban was rightful, after asked 8 times, it isn't the case. Zex ignored an administrators advice, and then you deal with the consequences, end of story

I'm totally fine if Zex is going to unbanned, and comes back to the server.

Well the reason that he shouldn't be unbanned is because he refused to listen to an admins orders after many warnings. Therfore for that offense rather than the english offense, you will be banned for a further 3 days.

Unbanned.
