Oh right... I just copied the one from admino and changed the numbers from 23 to 28. I'll fix it .

2 questions, can i bump something thats stucked? and can there be anything in between the bump and grind (wallride, another bump etc.)?

It must be started with a bump (if you bump something stucked that means it's a bump) and it must end with a grind (so you can have what ever you want between .)
