i'm not sure, but in my gta i just can have 2 cars.. the one i drive and and packer or something, and i see 1 more car at you. is this an car from the police or did u just spawn it? if u spawn it, how did u get both to stay :|?

DannyE's has a shortcut you can use to make cars stay in-game.

use Danny's Ultimate stunters scm it is very reliable to stunters all around also in replay.
If you are able to get it then press Ctrl+R and that will make the 3rd car stay longer instead of automatically unspawning.
